Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade A, and why
edge-india-2026 scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.
1. **Never fetch.** Do not curl, browse or web-search the wiki, the website, the How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 245 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Edge City India 2026 — village knowledge
A background job ("Edge — knowledge sync", every 30 minutes, no model) copies the published Edge City India guide (Edge City's mirror, checked file by file, and changed only when a person merges an update) onto this machine: the wiki, the website and the Substack newsletter, indexed into Markdown. You read that local copy. You never fetch it, and nothing you run here fetches it either: the background job keeps the copy fresh, so a resident's turn never goes to the network for this skill.
The guide's text is adapted from the public India skill in
p2p-lanes/edge-agent-skill, whose indexer generates these references; its
live-integration sections are replaced by the division below, because Agent
Village already has the live skills.
0. Which skill answers what
| The person asks about | Use |
|---|---|
| Housing, Riva, room shares, arrival, travel, visas, check-in, meals, venues, coworking, WiFi, health, packing, families, tickets, residencies, weekly themes, "what is Edge City" | This skill: the local copy of the published guide. |
| What's on today or tomorrow, a session's time or place, whether an event moved or was cancelled, RSVPing or cancelling an RSVP | edgeos (the live calendar, read in village time). Follow its rules for when the schedule isn't connected (it then points the person to the portal) and ask before every RSVP or cancel, as that skill says. |
| Who to meet, intros, matching | index-network, through its own rules and approvals. It cannot look up a named person. |
| Who is X, tell me about a person | In order: village rolodex.search, the edgeos directory, ask_village (what they said in the main group), then this skill's website copy. |
| Rolodex cards, We met or Undo met; Gold Stars; Skylight characters and islands | rolodex, gold-stars or skylight. These skills give the right website links and current capability boundaries. |
| Edge Esmeralda (the previous popup, Healdsburg CA) | edge-esmeralda, only when the person asks about it by name. Never use Esmeralda material for India. |

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

edge-india-2026 is a skill published in the GitHub repository Edge-City/agentvillage (21 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 213 tokens to every session and 4,166 once invoked, about $0.0009 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-06.

background
Use when the user wants to see, inspect, cancel, or prune background agents fired during prior chain runs. Read/manage .hyperflow/background/registry.json and the per-agent output buffers at .hyperflow/background/ .md. Standalone — never auto-invoked. Trigger with /hyperflow:background, "list background agents"…
frame-liquid-bg-hero
A design template for a fluid, colorful background with large overlaid text, suitable for a video opening, website landing-page hero, or poster. It offers CSS, canvas, or WebGL approaches, with a static fallback for reduced motion or simpler use.
peer-selection
A guide for thinking about which friends, partners, and social circles to keep close, based on shared values and their influence on your life.

A consumer-style matching dashboard with live-signal displays, key performance numbers, a 30-day bar chart, and a trend section.
community
Use when building or running a persistent two-way community space — Discord, Telegram, Circle: platform choice, structure, onboarding, native→bot→human moderation, rituals, growth loops, health metrics. NOT churn of paying product customers (that is retention), NOT broadcast email (that is newsletter), NOT one live…
logistics-ops
Use when an order is paid and packed and the box now has to move, go sideways, or come back — picking a carrier and service and cutting a label, reacting to a delivery exception, getting ahead of where-is-my-order tickets, running a return, exchange or refund with its reverse label, filing a carrier claim before the…
