dev-write-report

dev-write-report is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from elvezjp/ixv-agents. It costs 84 tokens per session (2,160 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A tool that writes a completed developer task report as a YAML file using the project's required format.

In plain words
What is it for?
It records the task status, timestamp, completed work, files produced, and checks against the task's definition of done.
Why use it?
It creates a consistent record of what was done and whether the task is complete, blocked, or awaiting review.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00084 $0.02160
Opus 5 $0.00042 $0.01080
Sonnet 5 $0.00017 $0.00432
Haiku 4.5 $0.00008 $0.00216

Measured 3d ago against content hash 002d9fc6a44d, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

dev-write-report scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Dev Write Report

When to Use

Instructions

Step 1:

date "+%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%S"

Step 2: status を決定

status 条件
done definition_of_done の全項目を満たした
needs_review 作業は完了したがレビューが必要

Step 2.5: Definition of Done

判定基準の詳細は ../references/dod-verification.md を参照。

対応する queue/tasks/dev{N}.yaml(または最初に受領した task)の definition_of_done を読み返し、各項目について以下を確認する。

for each item in definition_of_done:
if (item に対応する記述が changes にある) OR
        OK
    else:

判定基準(dod-verification.md から要約):

  2. issues

# task の definition_of_done

# report
status: done
changes:
artifacts:
  - "src/auth/api.ts"
  - "tests/auth/api.test.ts"

部分未カバー(needs_review に格下げ):

# task の definition_of_done

# report
changes:
artifacts:
  - "src/auth/api.ts"
issues:

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
