Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00027 | $0.01725 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00014 | $0.00863 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00005 | $0.00345 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00172 |
Grade A, and why
gap-analysis scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 153 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Gap Analysis
Canvas template by Flowacts — paste the prompt below to generate a structured gap analysis. It renders richer and collaborative in the Flowacts app. Try it live →
What This Template Does
A structured framework for mapping the distance between where a business is today and where it wants to be. Break the transition into dimensions, then for each one lay out the current state, the desired future state, the gap between them, and the action to close it.
When to Use This
- Business model transitions: Moving from services to product, single-tenant to SaaS, regional to global
- Strategic planning: Turn a high-level vision into concrete, owned actions
- Operational readiness: Assess whether team, tech, and process can support the next stage
- Fundraising / board prep: Show a credible path from current metrics to target metrics
- Post-mortem on stalled goals: Surface which gaps were never actioned
What It Generates
A 5-column table where each row is one dimension of the business (Team, Product, Go-to-market, etc.), read left to right:
- Dimension — the area being assessed
- Current State — where you are today
- Future State — where you want to be
- Gap — what's missing or must change
- Action — the concrete step to close the gap
User Prompt
Perform a gap analysis for a [Business Type/Industry] transitioning from [Current State/Model] to [Desired Future State/Model].
Fill-in variables:
[Business Type/Industry]— the business being analyzed (e.g., "B2B SaaS startup," "regional coffee chain," "digital marketing agency")[Current State/Model]— where the business is today (e.g., "a founder-led services model," "a single-tenant MVP," "in-store-only retail")[Desired Future State/Model]— the target you're transitioning toward (e.g., "a self-serve product company," "a multi-tenant SaaS platform," "omnichannel retail")
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

gap-analysis is a skill published in the GitHub repository emabrownn01-hash/product-roadmap-canvases (3 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 27 tokens to every session and 1,725 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
