Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00106 | $0.02269 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00042 | $0.00908 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00021 | $0.00454 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00011 | $0.00227 |
Grade A, and why
neqsim-ncs-ownership-equity scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 171 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
NCS Ownership and Equity
This skill answers "who owns what share of this asset?" for the Norwegian Continental Shelf and hands the answer to field evaluation and economics. It reads the Sodir DataService, which publishes ownership openly (NLOD 2.0), and needs no key.
| Asset | Public? | How it is read |
|---|---|---|
| Field | Yes | Sodir field_licensee_hst (layer 7108): company, share %, owner (licence or unit), valid dates |
| Discovery | Yes, via its owner | Sodir discovery_owner_hst (7007) gives the owning licence or unit; that owner's licensees (3007 licence, 3304 unit) give the shares |
| Production licence | Yes | Sodir licence_licensee_hst (3007); operator flagged by prlOperDateValid* |
| Prospect | No | Not published at prospect level. Use the user's own figures, or the licence it sits in as a labelled proxy |
It is a lookup and arithmetic skill. It does not compute volumes, prices, fiscal terms or NPV; it supplies the equity fractions those steps multiply by.
When to Use
- A field or discovery evaluation needs the partners and their working interests.
- A company wants its net share of gross volumes, revenue, capex, opex or cash flow.
- A portfolio view is needed: every field and discovery in which one company holds an interest.
- An equity assumption in a model must be checked against the public record.
- A prospect needs an equity table. The skill validates user figures or shows the licence proxy.
- Ownership changed (sale, merger, unitisation) and the history matters for a back-cast.
Inputs
OwnershipReader()reads live Sodir. Passfetch=to run offline.- Names resolve loosely and case-insensitively:
"Troll","Wisting","7324/8-1 (Wisting)". Several matches raiseOwnershipErrorlisting the candidates. - Production licences are named by the bare number:
reader.licence("1252")works,"PL1252"raisesno production licence named 'PL1252'(verified 2026-10-09). as_ofis a date (default today). Interests are valid from the start date to the inclusive end date; an empty end is open.- Companies for
portfolio()are a name or a Sodir company id. An ambiguous name (for example two Equinor entities) raises with the ids to choose from.
What ships with it
7 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

It adds 106 tokens to every session and 2,269 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-08.
