Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade A, and why
neqsim-subsea-slot-tee-reuse-inventory scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 118 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Subsea slot, tee and reusable-line inventory
Answers "what can we plug into, and is it better than a new line?" before a tie-in study. It keeps four things apart that are usually mixed: what exists (inventory), whether it is free (status + verification), whether it works for this fluid and rate (capacity, hydraulics, compatibility) and whether it lasts the horizon (lifetime action).
When to Use
- A discovery, satellite or infill target needs a tie-in point: which templates/manifolds have free slots, which tees or hubs are spare, which lines are spare, abandoned or could be re-purposed.
- A host wants more production from existing assets: gas lift through an existing line, converting an injection line, re-routing or looping, adding wells on free slots, using a spare umbilical core for chemical/MEG supply.
- Reuse must be compared with a new-build tie-back on distance, capacity, arrival pressure, flow-assurance compatibility, remaining life and cost class.
- The result must be handed to
export-tie-in-concept-agent,surf-design-study,tie-in-screening-agentor an area-development study.
Inputs
- Inventory JSON (
neqsim.subsea_infrastructure_inventory.v1, schema indata/subsea_infrastructure_inventory.schema.json): per itemid, kind(host, template, manifold, slot, tee, hub, plet, plem, well, pipeline, flowline, riser, j_tube, riser_slot, umbilical, umbilical_core, spool, gas_lift_line, injection_line, meg_line, chemical_line, cable),status(in_use, spare, abandoned, planned, unknown),service,size_in,pressure_rating_bar,length_km,fluid,capacity,install_year,design_life_yearsorremaining_life_years,condition,total_slots/free_slots,hub_type,position {lat, lon},connects,repurpose_option,source,verification(measured, documented, estimated, unknown). - Open data: Sodir facilities, pipelines, wells (
items_from_sodir). Sodir does not publish free slots or spare lines: slots come outestimated, nothing is called spare. - Target: position, host position, service, rate and unit, source pressure, minimum arrival pressure, design pressure, horizon end year, fluid flags (wax, hydrate_prone, h2s_ppm).

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

neqsim-subsea-slot-tee-reuse-inventory is a skill published in the GitHub repository equinor/neqsim-community-skills (4 stars, last pushed today), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 118 tokens to every session and 1,876 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-31.
