Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00171 | $0.04665 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00068 | $0.01866 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00034 | $0.00933 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00017 | $0.00466 |
Grade A, and why
spec-kit-amend-artifacts scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 323 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Amend Artifacts — Decided-Change Skill
Purpose
Give a decided change a short, governed path into the artifacts. Without it, every review finding
costs the full chain — spec-kit-generate-spec → spec-kit-generate-plan →
spec-kit-generate-tasks → spec-kit-analyze-consistency → spec-kit-execute-tasks, one
confirmed hop at a time, each re-running its full checklist — even when the change is one line in
plan.md and the spec has nothing to say about it.
This skill keeps the chain's guarantees — no decision only in chat, no silent edit of closed work, no implementation against stale intent — and removes the overhead that does not buy safety:
- It writes the change in the lowest artifact that owns it
(
spec-kit-shared/artifact-conventions.md§ Layer Ownership), so a technical change never forces a spec version. - It applies every affected layer in one pass, after one confirmation of a concrete amendment plan.
- It validates what changed, not the whole artifact again.
It does not replace the chain: a change that adds a story or an entity, changes a Safe Deferral condition, needs a new dependency, or can flip a Constitution gate goes through the generating skills (§ Escalation).
User Input
$ARGUMENTS
Always consider the complete user message and any files or attachments available in the current
conversation, even when $ARGUMENTS appears literally or is empty. The most common inputs are: a
pre-pr-review report or finding IDs plus the user's decision for each, a refuted [SONDA] result,
or a short description of a change the user already decided.
Core Principle
Decided changes only. Lowest layer first, downward only. One plan, one confirmation, one pass.
- The decision belongs to the user (or to whoever the review named as decider). This skill turns a decision into artifact edits; it never chooses between options.
- The layer is the one that owns everything the change touches. When unsure, the higher layer — skipping a cascade is the goal, hiding a behavior change from the spec is never acceptable.
- Every edit runs through the owning skill's own update procedure, so the rules for each artifact stay defined in one place.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

spec-kit-amend-artifacts is a skill published in the GitHub repository ErikaAX08/erikas-skills (5 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 171 tokens to every session and 4,665 once invoked, about $0.0007 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-22.
