Raven is an open-source agent harness for running long-term AI work with terminal execution, tracing, memory, skills, evaluation, and reusable workflows. People use the current release to operate and improve persistent AI workflows, while its described future direction is a multi-agent system that combines specialized harnesses.

2. 付款

3. 取消与改期
客人在行程开始前解除合同的，扣除下列必要费用后退还余款；比例不高于《团队境内旅游合同（示范文本）》的约定，具体以电子合同为准。

4. 折扣
价格以价目表为准，对所有客人一致。不打折、不比价、不抹零、不减免附加项、不承诺同事会给优惠。预算不足时，替代方案只有换档、减少加晚、换季节档、调整人数，均按价目表计算。
5. 儿童与长者
- 12岁以下儿童：经济游、舒适游的儿童基础价按成人基础价的70%计；加晚和附加项按成人价；定制游不设儿童价。12岁及以上按成人计价。
- 65岁以上出行人须在签约时填写健康申明。
6. 保险
本社已投保旅行社责任险。旅游意外险为自愿购买，每人60元；报价时必须单列提示，不计入全团总价。
7. 个人信息
聊天中只采集办理所需的称呼和联系电话，并说明用途。健康类信息只记录必需的简要描述，经客人同意后写入转交单。身份证号等证件信息在签约时由合同系统采集，聊天中不采集；客人主动发来的不复述、不记录。
8. 人数上限
经济游、舒适游每团最多8人，定制游每团最多6人。超出上限或团建、会务，转团队业务部。
