Fallow is a command-line static-analysis tool that builds a dependency graph of TypeScript and JavaScript code to identify unused code, duplication, circular dependencies, complexity hotspots, boundary violations, and styling drift. It is for developers reviewing codebases and verifying changes, with catalogue entries that add agent, editor, and workflow integrations.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00045 | $0.00320 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00018 | $0.00128 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00009 | $0.00064 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00005 | $0.00032 |
Grade A, and why
address-pr-comments scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 23d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Address PR Comments
Use GitHub review metadata plus the local checkout.
Workflow:
- Fetch PR metadata and review comments. Confirm that the local branch is at the PR head SHA.
- Check each comment against the code at the PR head before any change.
Trace the call sites for a "this can fail" claim. Give each check an
evidence level from
docs/development/quality-gates.md. - Sort each comment into one group:
- Act on: the check shows the problem. Only these comments change code.
- Consider: valid, but it has a cost or changes scope. Ask the maintainer.
- Noted: true, but no change is necessary now.
- Dismissed: wrong, a preference, or missing context. Give one reason.
- Implement the Act on fixes, one comment at a time.
- Run the smallest relevant validation.
- Draft one reply per thread for the maintainer to approve. Never post a reply or resolve a thread. Lead with the fix and its commit. Thank a contributor in one short sentence.
- Summarize each group, with the reason for each Dismissed comment.
Follow repo conventions from AGENTS.md: no AI attribution, signed commits when committing.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

address-pr-comments is a skill published in the GitHub repository fallow-rs/fallow (5,139 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 45 tokens to every session and 320 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.

argot-setup
Set argot up for a repository end to end — audit its history, decide what should shape its voice, fit, verify the fit actually catches things, tune the rules its own history says are noisy, and wire the places it runs (pre-write hook, pre-commit, MCP, CI). One sitting, one decision at a time, each proposed with the…
triage-contributor-pr
Triage open pull requests from external contributors to prisma/orm and produce a per-PR verdict with evidence. Use when a maintainer asks to triage, evaluate, assess, or review the queue of incoming contributor PRs, to decide whether a fork PR is safe to run CI on, to check whether a PR is in scope for its version…

release
Cut a brooks-lint release: set the version in package.json, propagate it across all four plugin manifests and every version-bearing text file (README badges, docs site metadata), write the CHANGELOG entry, validate, then commit, push, tag, and publish the GitHub release.
