A tool for creating GitHub pull requests, which propose code changes for review and merging. It prepares a Conventional Commits-style request with a summary, test plan, and design information, after an OWASP Top 10 security check.

Use it to open a pull request from the command line, document what changed and how it was tested, and check common web-security risks first.

It adds a repeatable review description and stops the pull request from being created when the required security check finds a problem.
