A documentation updater that keeps a repository’s CLAUDE.md file aligned with recent changes. It tracks the last update and refreshes the skill list and repository structure tree.

Use it after adding skills, changing .claude/agents/ or .claude/rules/, or asking to update CLAUDE.md and the repository documentation.

It removes the need to manually compare recent commits with the project guide. It also gives guidance for updating code comments and documentation comments.
