mixed-fleet-coordinator

mixed-fleet-coordinator is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from farmfriend-labs/agent-skills-farming. It costs 0 tokens per session (5,076 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A coordination tool for farms that use tractors and implements from several manufacturers, such as John Deere, Case IH, AGCO, or Kubota.

In plain words
What is it for?
Managing mixed equipment inventories, scheduling field operations, tracking availability and location, coordinating maintenance, and reviewing equipment costs.
Why use it?
It brings equipment information, schedules, availability, maintenance, and costs together when brand-specific systems do not work as one system.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00000 $0.05076
Opus 5 $0.00000 $0.02538
Sonnet 5 $0.00000 $0.01015
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00508

Security

Grade A, and why

mixed-fleet-coordinator scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 4 executable files (scripts/main.py, scripts/run.sh, scripts/setup.sh, …), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Mixed Fleet Coordinator

Coordinate mixed-brand smaller equipment for mid-size farms (100-2,000 acres) with different tractor and implement brands.

Purpose

Enable mid-size farms to operate mixed-brand equipment efficiently without the complexity and cost of enterprise fleet management systems. Provide coordination capabilities that work across John Deere, Case IH, AGCO, Kubota, and other equipment brands.

Problem Solved

Mid-size farms often have:

  • Mixed equipment brands due to acquisitions, dealer availability, or budget constraints
  • Difficulty scheduling operations across different equipment
  • Incompatibility between brand-specific systems
  • Lack of unified fleet visibility
  • Inefficient equipment utilization

Farmers need:

  • Single view of all equipment regardless of brand
  • Cross-brand operation scheduling
  • Equipment availability tracking
  • Maintenance coordination
  • Cost analysis by equipment piece

Capabilities

Equipment Inventory Management

Equipment Registration

  • Register all equipment regardless of brand
  • Store manufacturer, model, serial number
  • Capture specifications (horsepower, PTO, hydraulics)
  • Track equipment location and status
  • Assign equipment to fields/operations

Equipment Classification

  • Tractors (compact, utility, row crop)
  • Implements (planters, drills, sprayers, combines)
  • Support equipment (tillage, hay, harvest)
  • Utility equipment (skid steers, loaders)

Status Tracking

  • Available, In Use, Maintenance, Idle
  • Location tracking (field, shop, storage)
  • Fuel/fuel level monitoring
  • Operating hours tracking
  • Utilization metrics

Operation Scheduling

Cross-Brand Scheduling

  • Schedule operations across all equipment
  • Assign equipment based on availability and capability
  • Prevent double-booking of equipment
  • Prioritize critical operations
  • Adjust for weather and delays

Field Operation Planning

  • Create operation sequences for each field
  • Assign optimal equipment per operation
  • Estimate operation duration
  • Track progress in real-time
  • Alert on schedule conflicts

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
