Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00096 | $0.03989 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00048 | $0.01995 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00019 | $0.00798 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00010 | $0.00399 |
Grade A, and why
flow-state scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 231 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Flow State
Three hours vanish. The code compiles, the design coheres, the strategy document assembles itself in what feels like a single unbroken motion. The noise of Slack notifications, investor emails, and team requests has receded to a frequency below perception. When the trance breaks -- a knock on the door, a calendar alert -- there is a disorienting moment of re-entry, like surfacing from deep water. The work product from those three hours exceeds what the previous three days of fragmented effort had yielded. That experience, reported with striking consistency across programmers, designers, writers, athletes, surgeons, and musicians, is what Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi named "flow." His four decades of research at the University of Chicago established that flow is not a mystical state available only to the gifted but a describable, reproducible psychological condition with specific preconditions and measurable effects. For entrepreneurs, who operate in environments structurally hostile to deep concentration, understanding flow is understanding where their highest-value output actually comes from -- and why most of their working hours produce so little of it.
The Framework
The Conditions for Flow
Csikszentmihalyi's research identified a consistent set of conditions that precede the flow state. No single condition is sufficient; flow emerges from their convergence.
1. Clear goals. The person knows what they are trying to accomplish at each moment. Not the long-term goal ("build a successful company") but the immediate task goal ("design the database schema for the user authentication module"). Ambiguity is the enemy of flow.
2. Immediate feedback. The person receives continuous information about whether their actions are moving toward or away from the goal. A programmer sees code compile or fail. A writer sees sentences that work or do not. A salesperson reads the prospect's engagement in real time. Without feedback, there is no basis for the dynamic adjustment that characterises flow.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

flow-state is a skill published in the GitHub repository fatihguner/foreman (47 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 96 tokens to every session and 3,989 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-06.

s4h-mindset-reframe
Applies cognitive reframing as a rigorous methodology — CBT-adjacent but not therapy. Use when you're stuck in a negative thought loop, interpreting a situation in a consistently unhelpful way, catastrophizing, or noticing that your automatic interpretation of events generates disproportionate distress. Triggers…
s4h-economics-coordination
Diagnoses collective action failures, public goods problems, and why individually rational behaviour produces collective irrationality. Triggers: 'collective action problem', 'tragedy of the commons', 'free rider', 'everyone is acting in their own interest but the result is bad for all', 'why won't people contribute'…
s4h-mindset-flow
Applies Csikszentmihalyi's flow framework to diagnose why optimal experience isn't occurring and redesign the conditions for it. Use when you can't get absorbed in important work, find yourself distracted and scattered, feel chronically bored or chronically anxious in your work, want to design conditions for deep…
s4h-mindset-growth
Applies Carol Dweck's growth mindset research as a practical methodology — the actual mechanics, not the motivational poster version. Use when you're treating failure as evidence about your identity, avoiding challenges because of what failure would mean, comparing yourself to others in a way that deflates rather than…
s4h-mindset-positive
Applies positive psychology as a rigorous practice — not pop-psychology positivity. Use when you want to build flourishing, diagnose what dimension of wellbeing is underdeveloped, understand what makes life feel meaningful or hollow, or identify why you're not thriving despite the absence of obvious problems.…
s4h-psychology-behavior-change
Diagnose what's maintaining an entrenched behavior and design the right intervention to shift it. Covers habits, routines, and behavioral defaults. Triggers: 'how do I change this behavior', 'why does this habit persist', 'how do I make this stick', 'behavior change', 'breaking a habit', 'building a habit', 'why can't…
