Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00082 | $0.03336 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00041 | $0.01668 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00016 | $0.00667 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00334 |
Grade A, and why
learning-agility scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 215 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Learning Agility
Every skill you possess has a shelf life. The half-life of a technical skill is now estimated at roughly two and a half years, down from a decade in the 1980s. Management skills decay more slowly but decay nonetheless -- the leadership behaviours that produced results in a 20-person startup may actively hinder a 200-person company. The leader who built their career on deep functional expertise discovers, usually with some discomfort, that expertise is depreciating while the organisational demand for adaptability appreciates. Clayton Christensen, reflecting on this dynamic, observed a painful irony: by the time leaders reach positions of authority, they often believe that only people smarter than them have something to teach them. That belief, which felt like earned confidence at 30, becomes a growth ceiling at 45.
Learning agility -- the capacity for rapid, continuous learning from experience -- is not a personality trait. It is a practice. Korn Ferry's research confirms that leaders who rely on the same assumptions and behavioural repertoires they have used for years are prone to stagnate, underperform, or derail. The antidote is not more training. It is a fundamentally different relationship with one's own competence: one that treats expertise as a platform for further learning rather than a fortress to be defended.
The Practice
The Four Disciplines of Learning Agility
Drawing from Monique Valcour's synthesis of the Korn Ferry research, learning agility rests on four daily disciplines:
1. Receiving Feedback Without Armour
Success creates a thick skin that is useful for absorbing criticism and dangerous for absorbing information. When a leader with a track record hears critical feedback, the default response is to classify it as an exception ("That was a one-off") or to challenge the source ("They don't understand the full picture"). Valcour's prescription is brutal in its simplicity: do not argue. Listen. Sit with the discomfort. Then evaluate whether the feedback reveals a pattern worth investigating.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

learning-agility is a skill published in the GitHub repository fatihguner/foreman (47 stars, last pushed 3d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 82 tokens to every session and 3,336 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-06.

Load when reflecting on AI collaboration quality or tracking growth over time. Analyzes session history to surface how deeply you think with AI tools and whether your orchestration sophistication matches your cognitive depth. Provides actionable nudges to push toward more strategic work.
run-team-retrospective
Use when a team needs to reflect on a completed period, project, or significant event — to extract what worked, what didn't, and what specific changes to make before the next cycle, rather than repeating the same patterns.
apply-five-commander-virtues
Use when assessing, developing, or hiring for leadership capability — to evaluate a leader against the five virtues that Sun Tzu identifies as determinants of strategic success and diagnose which virtue deficits are causing organisational or competitive failures.
apply-solicited-advice-discipline
Use when someone asks you a specific question, or when you're tempted to offer advice, opinion, or evaluation nobody asked for — answer exactly the scope of what was asked and no more, and don't volunteer advice or judgment unprompted, because unsolicited or over-scoped advice is systematically discounted and can…
