Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00040 | $0.00565 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00016 | $0.00226 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00113 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00056 |
Grade A, and why
accessible-response scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 62 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Accessible Response
Superpowers Gate
Before applying this skill, verify that Superpowers is available in the current session, such as an active superpowers: skill, using-superpowers, or equivalent Superpowers workflow instructions.
If Superpowers is missing or uncertain, stop and reply exactly with this guidance before doing any dyslex.ai work:
dyslex.ai requires Superpowers before it can run. Install Superpowers from /plugins, or use codex plugin add superpowers@<marketplace> if you manage plugins from the Codex CLI, then start a new session.
Do not perform the requested dyslex.ai workflow until Superpowers is installed and loaded.
Rewrite or present the response so it is easier to scan and decode.
Functional Mechanism
Primary dimensions: reading.decodingLoad, reading.readingSpeedLoad, reading.longTextLoad, workingMemory.simultaneousInformationLoad, and interaction.overAdaptationRisk.
Use readability changes only when they reduce a concrete processing burden. A short sentence, heading, or list is not automatically more accessible.
Interaction Risk
Dense responses can hide warnings, dependencies, caveats, and the current action. Excessive simplification can also remove logical links and force the user to reconstruct context.
Agent Strategy
- Chunk by meaning, not by arbitrary length.
- Keep cause, consequence, decision, and next action explicit.
- Preserve technical vocabulary when it carries useful precision.
- Use numbered steps only when order matters.
- State assumptions and uncertainty instead of smoothing them away.
Avoid
- Do not infer or mention a diagnosis.
- Do not claim medical or therapeutic benefit.
- Do not use childish wording.
- Do not over-fragment a technically dense answer when the user needs speed.
- Do not claim that font, color, or style choices are evidence-based unless the evidence supports that exact claim.
Rules
- Preserve meaning, decisions, caveats, file names, commands, code identifiers, and numbers.
- Use short paragraphs and descriptive headings when they help.
- Prefer exact nouns over unclear pronouns like "it", "this", or "that".
- Explain acronyms the first time they appear when the explanation is useful.
- Split long instructions into numbered steps only when order matters.
- Do not add a medical claim, diagnosis, excessive praise, emojis, or a childish tone.
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

accessible-response is a skill published in the GitHub repository Firou91/dyslex.ai (7 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 40 tokens to every session and 565 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
