qa-memory

qa-memory is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from fishzjp/qa-skills. It costs 104 tokens per session (2,694 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A project knowledge store for testing lessons that should survive beyond one session, such as environment quirks, flaky tests, defect patterns, and API changes. It saves this information in a `.qa/` directory in the repository.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to read relevant QA notes before testing, record reusable findings after a session, validate new entries, and rebuild the knowledge index.
Why use it?
It prevents testers from repeatedly rediscovering the same project-specific facts while separating lasting knowledge from temporary test-run state or personal preferences.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00104 $0.02694
Opus 5.5 $0.00042 $0.01078
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00021 $0.00539
Haiku 4.5 $0.00010 $0.00269

Security

Grade A, and why

qa-memory scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 28d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 1 executable file (scripts/memory_validate.py), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

When to Use

When NOT to Use

  2. 读 INDEX(≤150 行),按当前任务筛相关条目
