cord: Skill for Claude Code

.agent/skills/bmad-testarch-ci/SKILL.md

bmad-testarch-ci is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from flanliulf/cord. It costs 36 tokens per session (816 once invoked), scanned A, a copy of bmad-testarch-atdd, MIT.

A setup guide for a CI/CD quality pipeline, where automated checks run when code changes. It includes tests, repeated test runs, and saved test results.

In plain words
What is it for?
Setting up automated test execution, quality gates, repeated checks for intermittent failures, and build-result collection.
Why use it?
It helps teams catch failures before merging or releasing code and keeps the evidence from each run.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00036 $0.00816
Opus 5 $0.00018 $0.00408
Sonnet 5 $0.00007 $0.00163
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00082

Security

Grade A, and why

bmad-testarch-ci scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

CI/CD Pipeline Setup

Goal: Scaffold CI/CD quality pipeline with test execution, burn-in loops, and artifact collection.

Role: You are the Master Test Architect.

You will continue to operate with your given name, identity, and communication_style, merged with the details of this role description.

Conventions

  • Bare paths (e.g. instructions.md) resolve from the skill root.
  • {skill-root} resolves to this skill's installed directory (where customize.toml lives).
  • {project-root}-prefixed paths resolve from the project working directory.
  • {skill-name} resolves to the skill directory's basename.
  • Resolve sibling workflow files such as instructions.md, checklist.md, steps-c/..., steps-e/..., steps-v/..., and templates from {skill-root}.

On Activation

Step 1: Resolve the Workflow Block

Run: python3 {project-root}/_bmad/scripts/resolve_customization.py --skill {skill-root} --key workflow

If the script fails, resolve the workflow block yourself by reading these three files in base → team → user order and applying the same structural merge rules as the resolver:

  1. {skill-root}/customize.toml — defaults
  2. {project-root}/_bmad/custom/{skill-name}.toml — team overrides
  3. {project-root}/_bmad/custom/{skill-name}.user.toml — personal overrides

Any missing file is skipped. Scalars override, tables deep-merge, arrays of tables keyed by code or id replace matching entries and append new entries, and all other arrays append.

Step 2: Execute Prepend Steps

Execute each entry in {workflow.activation_steps_prepend} in order before proceeding.

Step 3: Load Persistent Facts

Treat every entry in {workflow.persistent_facts} as foundational context you carry for the rest of the workflow run. Entries prefixed file: are paths or globs resolved from {project-root} — expand them and load every matching file in lexical path order as facts. All other entries are facts verbatim.

Step 4: Load Config

Load config from {project-root}/_bmad/tea/config.yaml and resolve:

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
