Getting it into your agent

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00184 | $0.01595 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00074 | $0.00638 |

Grade A, and why
design scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 99 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Pipeline Design — mocks for every surface, state, and flow
Design the feature's UI before it is built, as interactive HTML mocks plus a state matrix — the enumeration of surfaces × states that later becomes the worker's checklist and the test suite's coverage bar. A feature whose UI is only half-represented here is a feature that ships half-built later; the mock set is the contract, not an illustration.
Runs after triage (To Do), in parallel with shipyard:plan when triage already named the surfaces.
Skip only when the feature has no user-facing surface, and write "design: not applicable
()" into the spec/ticket so the skip is a decision, not an omission.
Running as a Gemini model? Read gemini.md in this directory first, then follow this file with the overrides it names. It routes the mock build and the aesthetic judgement to defer's lane picker before you start, turns the surface x state x platform matrix into a table filled before the first mock, and gives the Obscura capture, the HIG/Fluent metric table and the design-craft/ux-craft passes a denominator, a source tier and a file each phase reads. Other models skip it.
Inputs
- A triaged id. Read the brief/spec/ticket and the whole thread per
${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/references/tracker-adapter.md— triage's assumptions and any human answers are binding design constraints. - The repo's design authority where one exists (DESIGN md, design system, tokens, existing mock index) — new mocks extend it; they never fork it.
Procedure
- Inventory the surfaces. From the brief + triage: every screen, panel, menu, overlay, and
reusable part the feature touches, on every platform the brief names (iPhone, iPad, Mac,
Web always for app work; Windows when the brief includes it). Then the state matrix per
${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/references/test-strategy.md§state-matrix: each surface × default / loading / empty / error / success, plus permission and responsive variants where they apply. This inventory is the stage's coverage bar — a surface missing from it is invisible to every later stage.
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

design is a skill published in the GitHub repository fledgeling-co/fledgeling-plugins (2 stars, last pushed 4d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 184 tokens to every session and 1,595 once invoked, about $0.0007 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-04.
