Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00056 | $0.00568 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00022 | $0.00227 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00011 | $0.00114 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00006 | $0.00057 |
Grade A, and why
ops-triage scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Operational triage
Read the evidence contract. Confirm the selected mailbox/account, project, time range and requested outcome. Read-only triage can proceed; an instruction to fix a named issue also permits routine fixes within its scope, subject to actual permission boundaries.
Collect the selected notices with a supported connector and join them to current dashboard, incident or billing records. Use history only to locate a relevant source. Group repeated alerts by underlying project and incident; retain first and latest event time and affected environment. Do not archive or mark read as part of analysis unless asked. Keep authentication/security notices separate from routine cost alerts and verify their destination through the provider's known source rather than links embedded in mail.
Prioritise by present impact and time to irreversible consequence: an active
outage, compromised access or imminent service suspension can outrank a larger
historical cost. A noisy count alone does not establish severity. Distinguish
current error, recovered incident, suspected cause and inaccessible source.
Route a bounded engineering fix to the applicable shipyard:triage or existing
owner; route session continuation to flagship:fleet-console, with a verified
task/session identity. Do not launch a fleet from a triage request.
For cloud credits and cost, record account/project, provider, currency, balance checked time, expiry and timezone, eligible products/regions, credit restrictions and the authoritative locator. Distinguish usage estimate, posted charges, invoice, spend cap, payment method and credit balance. Do not treat credits as cash or assume they offset every charge. Forecast only with an evidenced usage rate and explicit period; state uncertainty and exclude unsupported precision. If redemption, purchasing credits, stopping resources, changing quotas or billing settings is needed, prepare its exact effect and seek missing authority.
Deliver a short ranked table: incident/notice identity, current state and source, impact/deadline, next action and owner. List sources not reached, conflicts and items that need refreshed evidence. Stop after the selected set is reconciled and any explicitly authorised remediation is verified. If future checks are requested, discover supported scheduling tools, read existing schedules and confirm required connector access before creating one.
For resumable reviews, use the ledger format
with domain ops. The helper's summary groups unresolved work without sending
notifications or modifying the inbox.
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

ops-triage is a skill published in the GitHub repository fledgeling-co/fledgeling-plugins (2 stars, last pushed 4d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 56 tokens to every session and 568 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-12.
