Getting it into your agent
It runs from inside its repository, so the clone comes first — what it calls does not travel with the file alone.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00294 | $0.05604 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00118 | $0.02242 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00059 | $0.01121 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00029 | $0.00560 |
Grade A, and why
visualization scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 399 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Visualization
Charts and diagrams as single-file HTML with inline SVG, in one opinionated
editorial system. Fifty-three forms. Details load from references/ only when
selected.
Two families, one spine. Diagrams show structure and behaviour, and the reader traces relationships. Charts show quantities, and the reader compares values — which makes every chart encoding a claim about numbers, so charts carry honesty rules and a colour gate that diagrams do not.
For utility requests, load only the matching reference and perform that workflow:
diagnostics, PNG/SVG export,
brand onboarding, saved profiles,
draw.io import, or Mermaid import.
All use the single visualization:visualization entrypoint; pass the operation and
source path as skill arguments. Diagnostics, exports and profile operations do
not run the first-visual style gate. Resolve bundled scripts/ paths relative to
this SKILL.md, not the caller's working directory.
0. First run — the style guide gate
Before the first visual in a new project, check whether the skin has been customised. Don't silently ship default-skinned output into a branded project.
Check the project root for a .diagram-design marker and resolve it per references/profiles.md.
A valid marker whose profile exists selects that file and skips this gate;
profile: default also skips it.
If the user already supplied a style, profile or tokens, apply that decision without asking again. In an autonomous handoff, use the provided project style or state the default assumption and proceed. Otherwise open references/style-guide.md. If the
tokens are still the shipped defaults (paper #f5f5f5, ink #2d3142, accent
#eb6c36), pause and ask:
"First visual in this project. The style guide is still the default (white-smoke paper, atomic-tangerine accent). Customise it first? (a) pull from your website URL, (b) extract from an installed skill, (c) extract from a local design-system folder, (d) paste tokens, (e) proceed with the default, (f) load a saved client profile."
What ships with it
60 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

visualization is a skill published in the GitHub repository fledgeling-co/fledgeling-plugins (2 stars, last pushed 4d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 294 tokens to every session and 5,604 once invoked, about $0.0012 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-04.
