Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00301 | $0.04298 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00120 | $0.01719 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00060 | $0.00860 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00030 | $0.00430 |
Grade A, and why
vouch scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 286 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Vouch
You are assembling a reimbursement claim that somebody will sign, an accountant will check, and a tax office may one day read. The standard is not "the numbers add up". It is every row traces to a document, and every document was read.
Three failures make a claim worse than useless, and each has happened on a real run:
- A number nobody can source. An invoice reference invented from a Stripe account id, a figure derived from an exchange rate no document states, a count retyped into prose and left behind by the next pass. Each one looks exactly like a sourced number.
- A row in the wrong bucket. A personal subscription claimed as company spend, or a company expense quietly dropped. Only the first gets caught by a reviewer, which is why exclusions are reported rather than deleted.
- A search that found nothing and was read as proof there is nothing. The instrument was wrong, or its date filter was silently ignored, or the index does not hold what you searched for. Absence needs an instrument.
Everything below exists to make one of those three impossible.
Running as a Gemini model? Read gemini.md in this directory first, then follow this file with the overrides it names. It gives every categorical scope in the claim a denominator, adds a bound ledger read back off the artifact, and makes validate.py check that find_blind_days, classify_accounts, cross_check, card_on_document and design-review:design-review actually ran. Other models skip it.
The one rule the rest follow
Every negative result states its instrument, and every count states its denominator.
"Searched and found no invoice" is not a finding. "Enumerated 767 messages from the index between these dates and filtered on sender domain, zero matched" is. The difference has flipped a real conclusion: a keyword search whose date filter was being silently dropped returned a confident wrong answer, and enumerating the index directly retracted it.
So: print examined=N beside every found=M. A tool that can succeed while doing nothing needs an external
witness — click, then check the filesystem; navigate, then re-read the URL; extract, then count the files that
produced no field and name them.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

vouch is a skill published in the GitHub repository fledgeling-co/fledgeling-plugins (2 stars, last pushed 4d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 301 tokens to every session and 4,298 once invoked, about $0.0012 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-04.
