What is yt-dlp-downloader?

A procedure for downloading online videos and audio with yt-dlp, a command-line downloader. It supports YouTube, Bilibili, Twitter, and many other websites.

Use it to download a video from a URL, save only its audio, fetch subtitles, or choose where and in what quality the file is saved.

It provides ready-to-use commands for saving videos, extracting MP3 audio, downloading subtitles, and choosing video quality, including browser cookies when YouTube blocks access.

yt-dlp Video Downloader

Download videos from thousands of websites using yt-dlp.

Prerequisites

Before downloading, verify dependencies are installed:

YouTube often blocks direct downloads with 403 errors. Always use browser cookies for YouTube:
