Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00068 | $0.01986 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00027 | $0.00794 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00014 | $0.00397 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00199 |
Grade A, and why
sync-vm-service-drivers scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 22d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 160 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Sync VM Service Drivers
Advance exactly one protocol version per invocation. The version declared by
third_party/src/main/java/com/jetbrains/lang/dart/ide/runner/server/vmService/vmServiceDrivers/service/VmService.java
is the current version; the first later revision in the Dart SDK's
runtime/vm/service/service.md history is the target. Do not jump directly to the latest revision.
This is an interactive red-green workflow. The review pauses below are mandatory: do not replace a pause with an assumption that the user approves the tests or the next phase.
This skill is instruction-only. Do not use, restore, create, or depend on a code generator, audit script, report bundle, schema, or manifest. The LLM must inspect the repository and SDK history directly and author every test and production change.
Establish the next-version change
Prefer the sibling ../sdk checkout and use immutable SDK commits as evidence. Inspect its branch,
cleanliness, current commit, and relationship to remote main with read-only Git operations. Never
update a dirty, diverged, or non-main checkout. Ask before fast-forwarding a clean, stale main.
If no usable checkout exists, offer a filtered SDK clone or inspect the same files and commit history
through the official Dart SDK repository with network permission.
Read the protocol-history selection contract, then inspect
service.md and its Git history directly. Determine the current plugin version, locate its SDK
history anchor, identify the first later protocol version, and include the target version's
consecutive same-version stabilization commits. Stop before the following protocol transition. If
the history is incomplete, non-monotonic, or does not contain the current version, stop and explain
what evidence is missing.
Keep an evidence record in the conversation containing:
- the plugin repository commit and initial worktree status;
- the SDK source, branch, commit, cleanliness, and freshness evidence;
- the current and target protocol versions;
- the ordered SDK commit IDs selected for this one-version span; and
- the affected RPCs, types, fields, and revision notes from those commits.
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

sync-vm-service-drivers is a skill published in the GitHub repository flutter/dart-intellij-third-party (27 stars, last pushed today), licensed BSD-3-Clause. It adds 68 tokens to every session and 1,986 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-08.
