plays-archive

plays-archive is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from FoloToy/ai-passport. It costs 52 tokens per session (1,491 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A procedure for archiving a published FoloToy application in the upstream ai-passport repository. It adds a bilingual functional summary to the repository’s plays archive after a firmware release.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it after a firmware release when the developer explicitly wants an application archived and a pull request prepared for the upstream repository.
Why use it?
It records released applications for later discovery while requiring consent, a separate change branch, and checks that exclude credentials and private data.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00052 $0.01491
Opus 5 $0.00026 $0.00745
Sonnet 5 $0.00010 $0.00298
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00149

Security

Grade A, and why

plays-archive scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Archive an Application to plays

This skill archives a published application into the upstream FoloToy/ai-passport repository's plays/ application archive so it is discoverable in-repository for later querying. It runs after a firmware release (see docs/development/release/publish-to-community.md for publishing itself) and only when the developer asks to archive the application.

Do not create, write, or commit anything until every gate below is satisfied.

  1. Confirm consent up front. This work touches project-private content. Ask the developer to confirm they agree to archive the application. If they decline, stop immediately.
  2. Never modify or commit on the current branch. Base the archive on the latest upstream main for a clean baseline, create a dedicated branch or worktree, push it to the developer's fork (origin), and open the PR from that fork branch against the upstream FoloToy/ai-passport. Leave the current checkout untouched.
  3. No credentials or private data. Never include credentials, device QR secrets, private device links, personal data, or unsanitized logs. Run python3 tools/check_repo.py before committing anything.

Determine what to archive

Confirm the application name, the source it belongs to (for example a demo/* branch or main/), and the contributor's GitHub username. Use the lowercase-kebab-case username and application name as the two-level path: plays/<username>/<app-name>/. See ../../docs/reference/README.md for the full convention.

Check the project README

Before generating the summary, check the root README of both the main branch and the current branch:

  • git ls-tree --name-only main README.md — is there a README on main?
  • test -f README.md — is there a README on the current branch?

Follow the repository rule that the root README path is reserved for the fork owner (see docs/fork-guide.md); do not create a root README unless the fork actually owns one.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
