Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00057 | $0.00503 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00028 | $0.00251 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00011 | $0.00101 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00006 | $0.00050 |
Grade A, and why
create-shortform scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 60 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Create a short-form video package
Build a production-ready short-form argument, not a generic script pasted into every vertical feed.
Establish evidence and hypothesis
Define audience, costly moment, one communication job, product mechanism, proof, desired action, and the behavior the video should test.
When current platform or trend evidence matters, inspect a dated sample large enough to distinguish a pattern from an anecdote. Separate:
- durable attention/story mechanics;
- current platform formats and eligibility rules;
- ephemeral audio, edit, or trend signals;
- owned performance evidence.
Do not claim a trend from memory, manufacture VoC, or treat another account's benchmark as the user's baseline.
Script and storyboard the hero
Make the first two seconds carry a specific tension, result, or product behavior. Every following beat must develop the promise, demonstrate the mechanism, resolve an objection, or deliver the payoff.
Provide timed voice/dialogue, on-screen copy, visual action, audio intent, captions, CTA, and the source product/brand evidence. Use real UI or label representative material. Never invent product behavior, users, metrics, or screen states.
Create true platform recuts
Adapt the edit, hook, pacing, title/caption, payoff timing, and safe zones for each selected platform. A crop or renamed export is not a recut. Verify current platform specifications before production.
Specify capture, aspect ratio, resolution, typography, audio, privacy/redaction, source files, and fallback when rendering or product capture is unavailable.
Evaluate and learn
Evaluate one platform/version at a time using the source hypothesis. Record sample/window, hook hold, retention/completion, qualified response, baseline comparability, and confounders. Do not let views override a failed business or audience signal.
Finish with keep/drop/change, one next hypothesis, and what the next brief should do differently.
Deliver
Return the evidence boundary, audience/hypothesis, hero script, storyboard, platform recuts, production package, measurement plan, and external-action boundary. Posting and paid amplification remain human-owned.
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

create-shortform is a skill published in the GitHub repository forsvn-labs/meta-skills (14 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 57 tokens to every session and 503 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
