write-copy

write-copy is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from forsvn-labs/meta-skills. It costs 66 tokens per session (571 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A process for writing or rewriting finished product-marketing text for pages, ads, email, outreach, announcements, and other channels. It aims to make the message specific, credible, suitable for the brand, and ready to publish.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it for landing pages, product pages, launch messages, advertisements, lifecycle email, sales and partnership outreach, headlines, calls to action, and messaging variations.
Why use it?
It removes vague claims, filler language, invented proof, and copy that does not fit its audience or channel. It connects product details and evidence to the reader’s problem and the next action.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00066 $0.00571
Opus 5 $0.00033 $0.00285
Sonnet 5 $0.00013 $0.00114
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00057

Security

Grade A, and why

write-copy scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Write product-marketing copy

Produce the finished copy first. Use the customer's brand as the brand of record.

Anchor the work

Infer:

  • audience and real moment;
  • product mechanism;
  • credible outcome;
  • proof;
  • main objection;
  • intended action;
  • surface, voice, language, and constraints.

Ask at most one bundled question when different answers would change the copy materially. Otherwise label the assumption and continue.

Write from the product outward

Prefer concrete nouns, active verbs, observable outcomes, and product details a competitor could not claim unchanged. Put proof next to the claim it supports. Match the CTA to current trust.

Remove:

  • “all-in-one,” “seamless,” “revolutionary,” and other category filler without evidence;
  • empty setup, repeated summaries, generic AI cadence, and decorative jargon;
  • fake quotes, invented numbers, vague attribution, or unsupported superlatives;
  • forced urgency, engagement bait, false familiarity, and channel-inappropriate formatting.

Apply the surface:

  • Landing page: audience, costly moment, promise, mechanism, proof, objections, and next step in a scan-friendly sequence.
  • Ads: align hook, promise, proof, visual idea, and landing-page expectation.
  • Lifecycle email: trigger from real behavior, give one useful next step, and define exit or suppression logic when planning a sequence.
  • Outreach: earn relevance with an observed signal, state affiliation, make a small ask, and never pretend familiarity.
  • Launch: explain what changed, who it serves, why now, how it works, and how to try it.
  • Long form: make one defensible argument; use examples and evidence to advance it.

Deliver

Return paste-ready copy in the requested structure. Add variants only when each represents a different strategic bet, and label the bet rather than calling them A/B/C.

Then provide at most:

  • the chosen audience, promise, and mechanism;
  • two or three consequential decisions;
  • factual claims that require verification;
  • one recommended next action.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
