trade_code必填，为空时接口返回 400。- 不分页，单只股票一次性返回全部薪酬记录；多
trade_code（逗号分隔）时合并返回。 - 排序：
trade_code升序、end_date降序、name升序。 pay为高精度数值，JSON 序列化为字符串以避免精度丢失。- 日期参数格式为
YYYYMMDD，非时间戳。
