What is life-os-file-ops?

A file-management guide for a Life OS, a personal knowledge system organized into notes, goals, projects, templates, and archives.

Use it to work with Markdown notes, daily entries, goals, project files, templates, inbox items, and wiki-links in the `life-os/` directory.

It gives agents consistent rules for finding, creating, and editing notes without breaking links or document metadata.
