Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00061 $0.00850
Opus 5 $0.00030 $0.00425
Sonnet 5 $0.00012 $0.00170
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00085

Security

Grade A, and why

stakeholder-power-map scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Stakeholder Power Map

Use this skill to run Stakeholder Power Map as a practical consulting method, not as a generic framework explanation.

Method Notes

  • Classify formal power separately from informal influence.
  • Do not confuse friendliness with support.
  • Always separate confirmed stance from inferred stance.

Required Inputs

Collect or infer these inputs before execution:

  • stakeholder list
  • decision to be influenced
  • known facts about power, interest, stance, incentives

If an input is missing, do not block automatically. Mark it as missing, state the assumption used, and add a validation action.

When Not To Use

Do not use to present inferred motives as facts or when a simple responsibility assignment is the real need. Map formal authority, informal influence, stance, and evidence separately.

Adjacent Methods

  • power-interest-grid: use for a quick power-and-interest engagement classification.
  • account-plan: use for the broader commercial relationship and growth plan.
  • raci-matrix: use for responsibility after the decision and work are defined.

Step-by-Step Execution

Step Required input How to execute Output
Define the decision arena Decision, decision owner, deadline, desired outcome. State what decision must move and what support means in observable terms. Decision arena and support definition.
List stakeholders Names, titles, formal roles, relationship facts, source evidence. Create one row per stakeholder and mark facts vs assumptions. Stakeholder inventory.
Score power and stance Authority, budget control, veto power, influence, current stance. Rate formal power, informal influence, interest, stance, and confidence. Power/stance table.
Diagnose incentives and concerns Known goals, risks, constraints, relationship history. Infer what each person gains, fears, protects, or may resist. Needs, concerns, and likely objections.
Plan engagement moves Priority stakeholders, access paths, message options, timing. Choose next ask, channel, sponsor path, fallback, and validation signal. Stakeholder action plan.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
