operacao/o-que-melhorou/e agrupe candidatos do mesmo sistema, objetivo, tipo de fonte e output. Só proponha promoção para skill, pipeline ou eval quando houver três runs comparáveis, aprovados e replay possível. Mostre o diff e peça decisão humana. Candidato isolado continua candidato; falha nunca vira procedimento. - A regra 50/50 (fecho): o reindex é a metade "ensinar o sistema" da semana — "50% construindo, 50% ensinando o sistema" (compound engineering, direto do palco). Antes de fechar, UMA pergunta: "o que o cérebro errou ou não soube esta semana — e qual nota/skill conserta isso?" Grava a correção. É assim que ele fica melhor toda semana, não só maior.
