cerebro-inevita: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/transcrever/SKILL.md

transcrever is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from gabrielzucco/cerebro-inevita. It costs 100 tokens per session (1,302 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A transcription workflow that turns an audio or video recording into timestamped text and a word-level timing file. It handles long files by splitting and joining them while keeping the timings aligned.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it for meetings, calls, lessons, podcasts, or other recordings when you need readable notes with timestamps or exact word timings for editing.
Why use it?
It removes the need to listen through a recording to find spoken passages and provides timings for both reading and automated video cuts.

This is gabrielzucco/cerebro-inevita's own configuration. It tells Claude Code and Codex how to work on cerebro-inevita itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything cerebro-inevita configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00100 $0.01302
Opus 5.5 $0.00040 $0.00521
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00020 $0.00260
Haiku 4.5 $0.00010 $0.00130

Security

Grade A, and why

transcrever scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 20d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 2 executable files (testes.py, transcrever.py), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 93 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

<nome>.md blocos [H:MM:SS] + frontmatter você e a IA leem → /guardar, /call
<nome>.words.json timestamp de palavra máquina → esteira de cortes 9:16

⚠️ Nunca leia o .words.json no contexto.

python3 .claude/skills/transcrever/transcrever.py --doctor

Passo 3 — rodar

python3 .claude/skills/transcrever/transcrever.py <arquivo-ou-pasta> [--saida DIR] [--idioma pt]

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

transcrever is a skill published in the GitHub repository gabrielzucco/cerebro-inevita (7 stars, last pushed 20d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 100 tokens to every session and 1,302 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-08.
