What is ci-coverage-gate?

A continuous-integration test-coverage gate. Test coverage measures how much of the code is exercised by automated tests, and continuous integration runs checks when code changes.

Use it to design coverage thresholds, exception rules, and a CI configuration that enforces them.

It defines when changes should pass or fail based on coverage, including allowed exceptions.
