progress-3d-report

progress-3d-report is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from geekfujiwara/CodeAppsDevelopmentStandard. It costs 125 tokens per session (1,657 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A construction-progress reporting tool that connects work completed on site to parts of a CAD model, such as floors or sections. It converts a reported construction unit into a percentage for supervisor review.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to identify a project and task, report progress by percentage or completed construction unit, and check the corresponding status in a 3D model.
Why use it?
It gives teams a consistent way to report how far work has progressed without guessing the percentage. It also shows which model parts are complete, in progress, or not started after approval.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00125 $0.01657
Opus 5.5 $0.00050 $0.00663
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00025 $0.00331
Haiku 4.5 $0.00013 $0.00166

Security

Grade A, and why

progress-3d-report scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 16d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 1 executable file (progress_units.py), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

${PUBLISHER_PREFIX}_progress(正式な進捗)は報告で変更しない。

${PUBLISHER_PREFIX}_project の ${PUBLISHER_PREFIX}_projectno / ${PUBLISHER_PREFIX}_name で検索する Dataverse
${PUBLISHER_PREFIX}_task を工事(_${PUBLISHER_PREFIX}_project_value)で絞り、${PUBLISHER_PREFIX}_name・${PUBLISHER_PREFIX}_zone(部位キー)・${PUBLISHER_PREFIX}_progress・${PUBLISHER_PREFIX}_reportedprogress・${PUBLISHER_PREFIX}_reviewstatus を読む Dataverse
工事の ${PUBLISHER_PREFIX}_modelmapping(JSON)の units[<作業の ${PUBLISHER_PREFIX}_zone>] が下から順の施工単位名 Dataverse
換算は progress_units.py で行い、暗算しない Python
Dataverse

換算(progress_units.py)

python progress_units.py --units '<...>' --completed 3
python progress_units.py --units '<...>' --percent 62

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
