Step 1. 素材・範囲・証拠を確認
目的・対象者・尺・使用素材を確認し、既に指定されたことは聞き直さない。 実録画は inspect_video.py で全体と候補区間を読む。 新規のWeb撮影は本人指定のプロファイル・対象ページ・操作範囲を確認し、 既存のVS Code統合ブラウザーだけを使う。別ブラウザーのインストール・起動はしない。 依頼文、収集、本人承認、登録・変更の完了を区別する。未収録機能は、追加素材を待つ・省略する・ 「運用イメージ」と明示する選択を確認し、実行済みと偽らない。 Python / Pillow / numpy / ffmpeg が必要。不足時は明示し、依存に沿って承認を得る。
Step 2. 共通テンプレートから開始
画面中心制作に沿い、既存の
共通Scaffolderで
screen-first / two-personas / development-story を空の私用作業フォルダーへ生成する。
変数は .env.example に宣言済み。まず --dry-run で対象とNextを確認する。
初期テンプレートは模式図だけのレイアウト確認であり、アプリの実演ではない。
実素材を追加するまで --layout-preview を明示し、本番検証とは区別する。

WindowsのCLI送信は制限事項を含む1つの単一行引数とし、実際に送られた文面を確認する。
Step 3. 実素材を配置して、元画像からズーム
import_recording.py で元解像度・時刻・ハッシュ・トリムを保持して取り込む。
形式に沿い、5秒タイトル→全体工程→実画面→成果物→メリットを構成する。
2役割はタイトル後に両者を紹介し、最初の役割を終えてから次へ切り替える。
概要は rows で役割ごとに独立した上下2行の工程表にする。役割をまたぐ矢印や共通ハブにしない。
短縮依頼は 短尺編集に沿い、待機・繰り返しの遷移を別カットで省く。
指定尺は evidence.duration_range_seconds に記録し、タイトルを含む計画と完成MP4の両方で満たす。
見出し・現在地は上部、実画面は大きく、必要な文字・カード・ボタン全体と元の文脈を残す。
切り取り枠の内側に全方向32出力px以上を確保する。縮小済み画像を拡大せず毎フレーム元画像を参照する。
読み込み・オンボーディングを結果の代わりにせず、最後は読める完成結果で静止する。
既定は無音・字幕なし、左説明欄・下部説明・場面番号・出典フッターなし。
Step 4. レビュー・書き出し・検証
Skillの絶対パスで prepare_video.py --project <job> --series demo --revision v1 --source、
render_video.py <plan> <new.mp4> --project <job> --stills 1,8,16 --grid を実行してレビューする。
問題を直してから --stills を外す。長い映像は --part-seconds 30、キャッシュ署名を維持して再開する。
verify_video.py <plan> --project <job> --video <new.mp4> で尺・形式・全デコード・場面・余白・
原本ハッシュと時刻を検証する。重要結果は result_region を指定し、元の最後のフレームと完成MP4の
結果領域がともに非空か確認する。完成映像の全体・拡大・結果を目視し、未検証を成功扱いしない。
短い静止画も中間時点だけでなく、ズーム終了後の最終状態で見出し・箇条書き・元画像の余白を確認する。
