Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |

Grade A, and why
google-cicd-terraform scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Terraform GCP Skill
This skill provides expert-level guidance for architecting, deploying, and managing GCP infrastructure using Terraform.
🎯 When to Use This Skill
- Designing GCP Landing Zones (Projects, Folders, Shared VPCs).
- Provisioning Google Cloud resources (GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Spanner).
- Setting up remote state management via GCS Backend.
- Implementing IAM least-privilege via Terraform.
- Troubleshooting
terraform plandiscrepancies in GCP.
🏗️ Core Architecture: GCS Backend & State
Always use a GCS backend for state. Local state is strictly for local prototyping and must never be committed. If local state direcotry is used, add it to .gitignore.
Standard Backend Configuration
terraform {
backend "gcs" {
bucket = "tf-state-${var.project_id}"
prefix = "terraform/state/${var.environment}"
}
}
Note: The GCS bucket must have Object Versioning enabled to allow recovery from accidental state corruption or overlapping writes.
Required Provider Version
Use the Google Cloud Terraform provider version 7.20.0 or higher. This skill utilizes features (e.g., Developer Connect) introduced in Google Provider v7.20.0.
terraform {
required_version = ">= 1.6.0"
required_providers {
google = {
source = "hashicorp/google"
version = ">= 7.20.0"
}
}
}
To retrieve the latest version of the Google provider, use the following command:
curl -s https://registry.terraform.io/v1/providers/hashicorp/google | jq -r .version
🛠️ Execution Protocol (Safety First)
The Agent must follow this lifecycle for every infrastructure change to ensure idempotency and prevent production outages:
-
Initialize (
terraform init):-
Verify backend connectivity.
-
Ensure provider plugins are downloaded and versions are locked in
.terraform.lock.hcl.
-
-
Validate (
terraform validate&tflint):-
Check for internal HCL consistency.
-
Run
tflintwith the Google plugin to catch cloud-specific deprecated fields or non-optimal configurations.
-
What ships with it
6 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

google-cicd-terraform is a skill published in the GitHub repository gemini-cli-extensions/cicd (50 stars, last pushed today), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 83 tokens to every session and 1,848 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
