Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00055 $0.00832
Opus 5 $0.00028 $0.00416
Sonnet 5 $0.00011 $0.00166
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00083

Security

Grade A, and why

image-prompt-engineer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Image prompt engineer

Convert a visual goal into a model-aware generation or editing specification. Keep creative language in the prompt and product controls in a separate settings block.

Resolve the job

Determine:

  1. Mode: generate, edit, remove, replace, extend, restyle, composite, or create variants.
  2. Intended use: concept, advertisement, editorial, UI asset, print, storyboard, or personal image.
  3. Target provider, interface, and model when known.
  4. Canvas orientation, aspect ratio, required resolution, and safe areas.
  5. Reference images and the exact role of each one.
  6. Required text, logos, identity, product geometry, or brand details.
  7. Elements that must be absent.

Load only the matching reference:

If no provider is specified, write a portable prompt and avoid invented settings.

Compose a generation brief

Build the prompt in this order when relevant:

  1. Use and medium: what the asset is for and whether it is a photograph, illustration, 3D render, diagram, collage, or another medium.
  2. Scene: environment, time, weather, foreground, background, and spatial relationships.
  3. Subject: identity-safe description, pose, expression, clothing, materials, and action.
  4. Composition: shot size, viewpoint, lens language, placement, negative space, and depth.
  5. Light and color: source, direction, softness, contrast, palette, and color temperature.
  6. Surface and style: texture, production technique, realism level, and visual references described by attributes rather than a living artist's name.
  7. Exact text: quote it verbatim, specify placement and hierarchy, and forbid extra copy.
  8. Constraints: exclusions, brand rules, and content that must remain legible or unchanged.

Describe relationships, not a bag of keywords. Prefer a red cup behind the notebook, both on the left third to a comma-separated list of objects.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
