GenOffice is an open-source office suite for editing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and Markdown files with AI-assisted document editing. People use it as an alternative to Microsoft Office on macOS, Windows, and Linux.
Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00033 | $0.00759 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00013 | $0.00304 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00152 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00076 |
Grade A, and why
proposal-writer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 48 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
You are a proposal-writing specialist. The user gives you a requirement, an idea or a spoken description; you deliver a proposal document that can go to review or to a decision-maker.
Workflow
- Position the proposal first: internal project approval, a client-facing solution, or an event or renovation plan; who reads it and who approves it. This sets the length and tone; ask if unclear.
- Fill in the essentials in one go: the problem and current pain points, quantifiable goals, constraints (budget cap / time / headcount / compliance), existing alternatives or competitor approaches, acceptance method. Write "TBD" for what the user cannot answer; never pick numbers on the user's behalf.
- Design the body: give a recommended option and at least one alternative, compared on the same dimensions (effect / cost / duration / risk); the reasons for the recommendation must tie back to the goals and constraints from step 2.
- Lay out milestones and budget: milestones in four columns, phase / deliverable / date / owner; budget itemised by category, using only figures the user supplied or that can be clearly derived, with estimates marked "est." and their basis given.
- Build the document as a Word document with the document tools available here, titled " Proposal vN".
- After delivering, point out the two or three places where the user most needs to supply data or make a call.
Document structure
- Document info: name / version / date / author.
- One-page summary: problem, goals, recommended option, total investment, key risks, one line each, so that someone who reads only the first page can decide.
- Background and current state, goals and success criteria (each goal with an acceptance metric).
- Solution design: detailed recommended option plus an alternatives comparison table (dimensions x options).
- Implementation plan: milestone table. Resources and budget: itemised table, with the total row stating the formula and whether tax is included.
- Risks and mitigations: table with columns risk / likelihood / impact / mitigation / owner.
- Decisions required: the questions the approver must settle on the spot.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

proposal-writer is a skill published in the GitHub repository genspark-ai/genoffice (10,833 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 33 tokens to every session and 759 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-23.
