Un asiento contable balanceado a partir de una plantilla específica del tipo. Invariantes que se hacen cumplir en cada escritura: los débitos igualan a los créditos con una diferencia de hasta 1 centavo, cada glCode existe en el plan de cuentas bloqueado, status: "draft" (nunca posted sin confirmación explícita tuya), reversing: true requiere reversesEntryId más la convención de signo opuesta.
Solo borrador: escribo markdown más una fila de índice; tú o tu contador publican en QuickBooks Online / Xero.
