What is patent-workaround?

A process for testing a proposed U.S. utility patent against realistic alternative designs that could deliver the same commercial result while avoiding its claims.

Use it to examine whether competitors could plausibly build around a patent’s proposed claims.

It exposes possible design-arounds before the patent is finalized or relied on.
