A read-only client for EVM-compatible blockchains, which are networks that use Ethereum-style accounts and smart contracts. It queries wallets, tokens, transactions, gas, prices, and network data across eight supported chains.

Use it to check wallet portfolios, token details and prices, transaction history, gas, network statistics, whale activity, ENS names, token allowances, smart contracts, and transaction meanings.

It lets an agent inspect blockchain activity and assets without sending transactions. It also provides one interface for checking several EVM networks, including Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, and others.

Supports 8 chains: Ethereum, BNB Chain (BSC), Base, Arbitrum One, Polygon, Optimism, Avalanche (C-Chain), zkSync Era.

No API key needed. Zero external dependencies — Python standard library only (urllib, json, argparse, threading).

Supersedes the standalone base skill. Base-specific tokens (AERO, DEGEN, TOSHI, BRETT, WELL, cbETH, cbBTC, wstETH, rETH) and all Base RPC functionality previously living under optional-skills/blockchain/base/ have been folded into this skill. Pass --chain base to any command for Base coverage.
