ai-dev-skillset: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/workflow-criar-rules/SKILL.md

workflow-criar-rules is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from gianverdum/ai-dev-skillset. It costs 280 tokens per session (3,124 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A project skill for creating and updating repository rules stored in .agents/rules. These rules describe conventions that should apply across work, such as naming, folder structure, language, and tools.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when adding, correcting, standardising, or updating a project rule, including rules for a new programming language or toolchain.
Why use it?
It helps keep permanent project conventions separate from skills, which are step-by-step procedures. It also prevents edits to generated provider links instead of the source rules.

Skill for Claude CodeCodex

Written for no agent in particular: nothing here depends on one. Also seen: installed under .agents/ (shared by several agents).

This is gianverdum/ai-dev-skillset's own configuration. It tells Claude Code and Codex how to work on ai-dev-skillset itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything ai-dev-skillset configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00280 $0.03124
Opus 5.5 $0.00112 $0.01250
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00056 $0.00625
Haiku 4.5 $0.00028 $0.00312

Security

Grade A, and why

workflow-criar-rules scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 198 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Criar / Atualizar Rules

  • "crie uma rule", "adicione uma regra", "atualize a rule de X", "padronize";
  • "convenção de nomenclatura", "estrutura de pastas", "padrão de projeto";
  • "adicione a linguagem X" — linguagem nova no projeto pede rule de nomenclatura e estrutura antes de existir código de produção;
  • "corrija a rule", "a rule não está carregando", "frontmatter";

    • naming-structure-<linguagem> — nomenclatura, estrutura e ambiente de uma linguagem;
    • coding-<tema> — política transversal de código (ex.: coding-language-english);
    • project-<nome> — contexto, fronteiras e convenções de um projeto;
    • outro prefixo claro quando nenhum servir. Uma rule por arquivo, pasta rules/ plana.
  3. Verifique se o tema já não é coberto por outra rule. Regra duplicada em dois arquivos é regra que diverge — estenda a existente em vez de criar irmã.
  4. Parta de templates/rule/RULE.md.
  5. Escreva o frontmatter seguindo Frontmatter abaixo, e valide o YAML antes de seguir.
  6. Escreva o corpo seguindo Estrutura do corpo abaixo.
  7. Quando a rule fixar ferramenta, versão ou layout que seja caro reverter neste projeto, verifique se a decisão já tem ADR em docs/decisoes/. Se não tiver, escreva a rule com o default e diga na resposta final que é default revisável, não decisão tomada.
  8. Rode ./scripts/sync-skills.sh e confirme o symlink nos quatro providers.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
