Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00069 | $0.01648 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00028 | $0.00659 |

Grade B, and why
prompt-session scanned grade B with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 13d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Subtle steeringmediumPrompt injection
Instructions that bias recommendations or shape behaviour without the user noticing.
- Implementers only commit locally. Never tell them to push, open PRs, or create PRs. The user handles that separately. How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 119 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Generate a concise prompt that the user will paste into another coding agent session. This skill also applies to follow-up messages to sessions that were previously prompted by this skill (e.g. additional instructions, corrections, or new context for a running session).
$ARGUMENTS may specify a role: architect, implementer, reviewer, investigator, researcher, secretary, or
writer. If omitted, ask the user which role the target session will play.
Core rules (what NOT to include)
Assume the target session has the same instructions files, skills, and tools as this one, unless the user says otherwise. Do NOT restate:
- Global conventions (writing style, shell, tool preferences, etc.)
- Tool usage rules (
ghfor GitHub, search tools over shell, etc.) - Git commit rules (author, sign-off, commit message style)
- Content of the plan issue (the target reads it via
/gh-read-plan)
What to include
- One-sentence goal: what the target is being asked to do
- Plan reference: if there is a plan issue, cite it as
owner/repo#Nand instruct the target to run/gh-read-plan owner/repo#Nat the start. Do not summarize the plan. - Skill to invoke: if a ready-made skill covers the target's job (see roles below), instruct the target to invoke it. Do NOT restate the skill's rules in the generated prompt; the target loads those itself.
- Recall: if a durable-memory recall skill is configured, instruct the target to run it on the task's own terms
before starting non-trivial work.
/gh-read-planrecalls on the plan issue's terms; this adds the task-specific angle. Skip for trivial tasks: secretary updates, formatting fixes, mechanical edits. - Pointers: branch, worktree path, key file paths, sibling checkouts to avoid
- Hard constraints: scope boundaries (no push, no PR create, no amend, no changes outside X, don't delete worktree, etc.)
- Expected output: only specify this when there's no skill for the role, OR when the user wants output that differs from the skill's default.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

prompt-session is a skill published in the GitHub repository gjoranv/claude-plan-skills (5 stars, last pushed 8d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 69 tokens to every session and 1,648 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it B with 1 finding (subtle steering). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-15.
