Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00102 | $0.01519 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00041 | $0.00608 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00020 | $0.00304 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00010 | $0.00152 |
Grade A, and why
support-escalation-bundle scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 122 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
GKE Support Escalation Bundle Skill
Use this skill when a GKE diagnostic investigation concludes that an issue cannot be remediated solely through customer-managed Kubernetes manifests, Terraform/Config Connector definitions, or project-level IAM bindings, and must be escalated to Google Cloud Customer Care.
When to Generate an Escalation Bundle
Trigger this skill when live evidence proves any of the following conditions:
- Stuck or Failed GKE Control Plane Operations: A cluster or node pool upgrade/create/repair operation (
operation-...) is stuck inRUNNINGorABORTINGbeyond expected drain timeouts with no customer-side PodDisruptionBudget (disruptionsAllowed: 0) or webhook block. - Control Plane / Master Unavailable: The GKE API server returns persistent
5xxerrors or is unreachable while customer VPC routing, firewall rules, and authorized networks are verified healthy. - Regional GCE / TPU / GPU Stockouts Without Fallback:
ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTEDorQUOTA_EXCEEDEDwhere the customer cannot shift zones/machine series and needs a quota increase request or capacity escalation. - Suspected GKE Platform / Node Image Defect: Kernel panics,
containerd/kubeletregressions on unmodified COS/Ubuntu node images, or Dataplane V2 (anetd) datapath drops after ruling out NetworkPolicy and Conntrack exhaustion.
Step 1: Collect Required Escalation Evidence (Read-Only)
Gather the exact telemetry a Google Cloud Technical Solutions Engineer (TSE) needs to begin root-cause analysis immediately without round-trip clarification questions:
# 1. Cluster identity, control plane version, release channel, and datapath provider
gcloud container clusters describe "${CLUSTER_NAME}" \
--location="${LOCATION}" \
--project="${PROJECT_ID}" \
--format="yaml(id,name,location,currentMasterVersion,currentNodeVersion,releaseChannel,autopilot,networkConfig.datapathProvider,status,statusMessage)"
# 2. Recent cluster and node pool operations (capture exact operation IDs and timestamps)
gcloud container operations list \
--location="${LOCATION}" \
--project="${PROJECT_ID}" \
--sort-by=~startTime \
--limit=10 \
--format="table(name,operationType,status,targetLink.basename(),startTime,endTime,statusMessage)"
# 3. Node pool topology, machine types, and autoscaling bounds
gcloud container node-pools list \
--cluster="${CLUSTER_NAME}" \
--location="${LOCATION}" \
--project="${PROJECT_ID}" \
--format="table(name,config.machineType,config.imageType,version,status,autoscaling.enabled,autoscaling.minNodeCount,autoscaling.maxNodeCount,locations)"
# 4. Recent Cloud Audit Log errors on container.googleapis.com
gcloud logging read \
"resource.type=\"gke_cluster\" AND resource.labels.cluster_name=\"${CLUSTER_NAME}\" AND severity>=ERROR" \
--project="${PROJECT_ID}" \
--limit=20 \
--format="table(timestamp,protoPayload.methodName,protoPayload.status.code,protoPayload.status.message)"
# 5. For NodeNotReady / PLEG / host freeze escalations: capture kubelet logs and GCE serial port output
gcloud logging read \
"resource.type=\"k8s_node\" AND resource.labels.cluster_name=\"${CLUSTER_NAME}\" AND resource.labels.node_name=\"${NODE_NAME}\" AND log_id(\"kubelet\") AND severity>=WARNING" \
--project="${PROJECT_ID}" \
--limit=30 \
--format="table(timestamp,jsonPayload.message,textPayload)"
gcloud compute instances get-serial-port-output "${NODE_NAME}" \
--zone="${NODE_ZONE}" \
--project="${PROJECT_ID}" \
--port=1 | tail -n 100
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

support-escalation-bundle is a skill published in the GitHub repository gke-labs/kube-agents (116 stars, last pushed today), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 102 tokens to every session and 1,519 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-24.
