Ownership Test
- Is the current owner clear?
- ✅ INCLUDE: Explicitly assigned owner in system
- ⚠️ CONTEXT: Appears to be owner but not confirmed
- ❌ EXCLUDE: Unknown or orphaned projects
Cross-Reference Check
- Do sources agree?
- ✅ INCLUDE: Multiple sources confirm status
