Goose Skills is a library of workflows and data APIs that lets coding agents handle growth and go-to-market work such as advertising, social media, content, SEO, lead generation, and customer research. It is intended for teams using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and similar agents. The catalogue entries are its reusable skills.
Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00047 | $0.01994 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00019 | $0.00798 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00009 | $0.00399 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00005 | $0.00199 |
Grade A, and why
render-hook-replacement scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 158 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Human version
Replace only the opening of a selected video. The rest comes from the original, including its ending and burned captions. A supplied hook uses free local assembly; short text can become a free animated card. Generated footage or voice is optional and requires a separate estimate and approval.
The output is a complete MP4 and an edit manifest identifying the exact original, cut, duration change and preservation checks. It stays needs review until the finished video has been watched and its sound checked.
Agent version
Purpose
Perform one hard-cut opening replacement with immutable source identity and decoded retained-body verification. There is no fixed three-second boundary, mandatory creator, new music, body regeneration, whole-video caption pass or automatic final selection. Read the editing guide.
Inputs
- Python 3.10+, working
ffmpeg/ffprobewith libx264 and AAC. Test the binaries themselves before any paid step. Supplied-clip execution uses only Python stdlib. - Config JSON following config.example.json. Paths resolve relative to that config, so a fetched package works outside the author's checkout.
source.path: exact selected original, never a template sample. Optionalsource.sha256refuses changed bytes;project_id/render_idare opaque caller identifiers preserved in the manifest. Compute and freeze the hash at intake.hook_end_sec: positive opening boundary leaving a body. If speech crosses it, choose a measured word/silence boundary. No silent correction of that boundary.hook.path: supplied video, any dimensions/frame rate, normalized to the original. Orhook.text,duration_sec,font_pathand optional#RRGGBBcolors. Text needs Pillow (part of the video toolchain) and an explicitly supplied licensed font.- Optional
words:[{start, end, word}]measured on this source, orword_timesJSON containingsource_sha256andwords. A cut through a measured word fails. - Optional
captions:{path,output_path}: original separate SRT or timed JSON cues. Complete retained cues shift by the measured duration delta. A cue crossing the cut requires measured words, so removed opening copy does not linger over the body. output:{path,manifest_path?}: a new.mp4path. Existing outputs and every input are protected from overwrite. The default manifest is<output>.manifest.json.
What ships with it
8 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

render-hook-replacement is a skill published in the GitHub repository gooseworks-ai/goose-skills (1,254 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 47 tokens to every session and 1,994 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-07.

Use when the user pastes a YouTube URL, attaches a screen recording or .mp4/.webm/.mov, or asks about on-screen UI, motion, layout, color, mascots, widgets, or visual bugs captions cannot answer. Also use when they type /neoyngpt-video-to-code. Do not use for transcript-only summaries.
excalidraw-ai
Create professional Excalidraw diagrams by generating JSON directly. This skill provides the Excalidraw JSON schema reference and professional icon libraries for AI agents to autonomously create diagrams without templates.
error-handling
