What is blog.create_from_notes?

A workflow for turning basic notes into a complete blog post under the project's writing and Markdown rules. It can also add visuals according to the repository's visual-content guidance.

Use it to expand source notes into a formatted blog post and add appropriate visuals.

It gives rough notes a consistent structure and prepares them for publication without requiring the author to manage every editing step.
