What is it for?
Reviewing a day, summarizing completed work, drafting a daily journal, confirming changes, and reading back the saved review.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00051 $0.01236
Opus 5 $0.00026 $0.00618
Sonnet 5 $0.00010 $0.00247
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00124

Security

Grade A, and why

granoflow-daily-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Granoflow Daily Review

Use this skill for an explicitly requested daily review, such as review today, summarize today, write today's journal, 做日回顾, or 帮我写今天的日记. It is the single bundled owner for writing a daily review. Other bundled skills must call granoflow_daily_review_skill and delegate here instead of composing or writing a daily review themselves.

Required Flow

Read Daily Review Contract before work. Follow these phases in order:

  1. Display: resolve the requested local date; read only available Granoflow evidence and existing daily-review values; build a daily task ledger before the diary draft, then show recorded facts, clearly marked inferences, missing context, and a draft of every field that could be written. Use the default display only when the user gives no format, length, or focus; it is not a required form.

    Checkpoints:

    • Build the daily task ledger before the diary draft.
    • Distinguish recorded facts from clearly marked inferences and missing context.
    • No write before the user sees the full draft display.
  2. Conversation and confirmation: let the user add, reject, rewrite, or approve individual task reviews and daily fields in natural language. A nudge, a past preference, or an inferred mood is never write authorization. When the user writes freely or supplies a structure, reorganize the draft around that expression rather than forcing it back into the default display.

    Checkpoints:

    • A nudge, past preference, or inferred mood is never write authorization.
    • Reorganize around the user's expression when they supply structure; do not force the default display.
  3. Write and readback: write only explicitly confirmed fields using the App-advertised Local HTTP API surface. Delegate each approved missing Task Review to its existing owner, read it back, then write and read back the daily review. Do not treat a request success response as proof.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
