granoflow-review-card-draft

granoflow-review-card-draft is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from granoflow/granoflow-mcp-server. It costs 52 tokens per session (3,662 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A controlled authoring tool for Granoflow review cards, which are prompts used to revisit stored knowledge later. It searches for similar material, previews proposed cards, and creates or updates them only under defined rules.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to find related knowledge, draft or revise review cards, set their question-and-answer content, and safely write the approved result.
Why use it?
It reduces duplicate cards and prevents cards from being created when the fact or review need is unclear. Changes require confirmation and are checked afterward.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00052 $0.03662
Opus 5 $0.00026 $0.01831
Sonnet 5 $0.00010 $0.00732
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00366

Measured 10d ago against content hash 463695e3f810, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-11, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

granoflow-review-card-draft scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Granoflow Review Card Authoring

This is the single owner for Granoflow card behavior. Other bundled skills must delegate here instead of restating card rules. The public MCP tool name remains granoflow_review_card_draft_skill for compatibility.

Card Allowlist (fail closed)

Flow-driven Card create/update is allowed only for these themes with a stable fact_id:

Theme kind / id Card policy
Reality Boundary RB-* Note + archived Cards via Knowledge materialization
Route UI Truth UIT-* Note + archived Cards via Knowledge materialization
Library Knowledge LIB-pub-* Note-first; Card only for a red-line after Assessment

Generic Review Cards (no RB- / UIT- / LIB-pub- id) are not created by default. Create them only when the user explicitly asks in the current turn (e.g. 「做卡片」「做复习卡」「create review cards」).

When retrieval trigger, boundary, or active-recall worthiness is unclear → do not create a Card. Keep the fact in ledger, Experience, or Note links (reference_only). Prefer use_existing_knowledge over a second Note for the same fact_id.

For allowlisted themes, the primary write path is Knowledge assessment → materialization with defer_active_learning (archived_reference). Do not use create_note_cards as the primary path for RB / UIT / LIB.

Required Flow

  1. Confirm the target task exists and is not deleted. Project and inbox tasks are both eligible when the running App advertises inbox authoring; every operation remains linked to a task.

    Checkpoints:

    • Stop if target task is missing or deleted; every operation remains linked to a task.
  2. Summarize the proposed card set's core knowledge in one short paragraph.

  3. Call granoflow_review_card_similar with that summary. Supply up to 12 discriminating keywords so the App can fall back when vector search is disabled, unavailable, or produces no useful candidates.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
