Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00034 | $0.01174 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00017 | $0.00587 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00007 | $0.00235 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00117 |
Grade A, and why
scripts-and-automation scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 89 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Scripts and Automation
The root Makefile is the public automation surface. Helper scripts live under
assets/scripts/. Use testing-and-ci for test selection and report evidence;
use release-and-versioning for the fixed-major version contract, version
synchronization, artifact identity, and patch/minor publication. Use
skill-authoring-patterns when updating the instructions that own a workflow.
Command Selection
| Command | Behavior |
|---|---|
make / make build |
Check version projections, compile bin/authdbctl, print version/help |
make dep |
Download/verify modules and resolve pinned go tool commands |
make test |
Race-enabled, uncached Go tests and complete tested reports |
make test TEST_DIR='./pkg/authn/...' TEST='TestPortalRefresh' |
Same lifecycle with selected packages/test pattern |
make qtest QUICK_TEST_DIR='./pkg/authn/refresh' |
Focused lifecycle under .coverage/quick; default scope is ./pkg/system |
make run-reports |
Rebuild presentations from the existing tested evidence bundle |
make test-ui |
Node spec-reported embedded refresh-client tests |
make test-automation |
Verbose Python automation/version/release fixture tests |
make ci-check |
Sequential version, automation, lint, Go tests, UI tests, and build gates |
make version-check / make version-sync |
Check or explicitly synchronize version-bearing Go defaults |
make artifact-id |
Validate and print the versioned artifact identity |
make docs |
Generate ignored .doc/index.txt from go doc -all |
make test owns test execution and reporting; it never runs license rewrites,
module tidy, or version synchronization. run-tests aliases the same tested
lifecycle. run-quick-tests underlies qtest. There is no ctest target.
COVERAGE_DIR selects output; concurrent independent invocations must use
separate directories. TEST is a regex, not a fragment of Go flags.
Let pinned tested clean up its managed artifacts inside the selected
COVERAGE_DIR. Do not recursively delete .coverage or the selected directory
in run-tests: quick runs must preserve the parent full-suite bundle, full
runs must preserve the quick bundle, and custom-output runs must preserve
other output directories. Unrelated files in a report directory also survive.
The lifecycle fixture in assets/scripts/tests/tested_test.py checks this
isolation alongside fresh evidence and nonzero exits after test/build failures.
Whole-directory cleanup belongs to the explicitly requested make clean.
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

scripts-and-automation is a skill published in the GitHub repository greenpau/go-authcrunch (59 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 34 tokens to every session and 1,174 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-13.
