A scaffold for adding a home-screen widget to the Nebula Android app. It connects a data source to a lifecycle-aware refresh model and a Compose UI with loading, successful, outdated-cache, and error states.

Use it to create widgets for NASA imagery, weather, RSS feeds, calendar data, or another REST, Android system, or local source.

It avoids wiring data fetching, refresh timing, cached results, and screen state separately for every widget.
