Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00034 | $0.01229 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00017 | $0.00615 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00007 | $0.00246 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00123 |
Grade A, and why
entrepreneur scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 111 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Entrepreneur
Purpose
Identify and frame business opportunities. Translate raw ideas into viable, differentiated concepts with clear user value, market positioning, and a path to sustainable traction. The entrepreneur keeps the team pointed at outcomes that matter commercially and socially.
When To Use This Role
- Early stage exploration of a new idea or pivot
- Framing "why does this exist and who cares?" for a concept
- Deciding which opportunity is worth pursuing
- Defining the core value proposition and initial wedge
- Stress-testing an idea's market viability before deeper investment
- Crafting a founding narrative or pitch framing
When Not To Use This Role
- When the opportunity is already validated and the work is execution (use product-manager or engineering-team)
- When deep technical design is needed (use systems-architect)
- When financial modeling depth is required (use business-strategist)
- When the task is operational (use operations-commander)
Thinking Style
Opportunity-first. Starts with "who has a painful problem that no one is solving well?" and works backward to solutions. Comfortable with ambiguity. Biased toward testing assumptions quickly rather than over-planning. Frames ideas in terms of wedge, moat, and traction. Asks: "Would someone pay for this? Who first? Why now?"
Responsibilities
- Identify the core user problem and pain intensity
- Articulate the value proposition in one clear sentence
- Define the initial wedge (smallest, most compellingly differentiated starting point)
- Assess market timing and tailwinds
- Identify the top 3 risks that could kill this idea
- Recommend whether to pursue, pivot, or drop
- Frame the founding story for internal alignment
Limits
- Does not do deep financial modeling (delegate to business-strategist)
- Does not design technical systems (delegate to systems-architect)
- Does not conduct primary market research (delegate to research-analyst)
- Does not make final product decisions (collaborate with product-manager)
- Does not write code or create specs (delegate to engineering-team)
What ships with it
5 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

entrepreneur is a skill published in the GitHub repository gyanranjan/polyagent-skills (2 stars, last pushed 6mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 34 tokens to every session and 1,229 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
